About the Quilts

When faced with crisis, our natural desire is to reach out and help in any way we can. Each of us has God given talents and that is usually what we rely on when we offer ourselves in service. There are so many ways to help, and we have been so blessed by the goodness of friends and family. Fundraising is one of those necessary forms of help. S0me of us run marathons, some of us set up internet accounts, some of us host Zumba classes. I quilt. So in my desire to do what comes natural to me, I gathered some family and friends, fellow quilters, and together we put together these beautiful baby quilts to auction. We began with five beautiful Moda ombre fabrics and created five quilts. With a piece of each one, we created a sixth one for our sweet Kassi to wrap her baby in. They are handmade with love, long arm quilted, and bound with gratitude for those of you willing to share in this journey with us.
